Very familiar with rock-climbing equipment and wiring, Volodia secured himself with a rope. On his way out from the window he stand on the heat radiator and reached the electric cable, hanging from the roof. For unknown reason that wire was under high voltage. The electric shock hit him on full body length. His daughter tried to help him. But he ordered her not to touch him. She unplug the cable and called an ambulance.
He was still alive when ambulance arrived. You have to know, what kind of medical service is in Uzbekistan, to understand why he died, being in hospital.
