Sorry to say, Volodia can't share his memories about Sasha. Volodia died very soon after Sasha.

As far as I could investigate happened following:
Hmyrovich was installing the satellite dish under the roof of 4 story apartment building where he lived. That was not the first one that he installed. He already assembled and installed a few for his neighbors. August of 1997 he installed a dish under the overhanging roof and connected temporarily the power wires for the rotating motor. He did the whole procedure alone, secured by ropes. Hmyrovich was hanging on a rope under the roof outside 4 story building and his daughter was sitting at home telling him the changes of the image on the TV screen. Finally the image got stable and Volodia started fixing the wiring permanently. At this moment the wires slipped down and fell on the balcony railings. He was hanging onto the railings.
The ambulance doctors said that his heard got shrunk twice smaller than normal and it stopped instantly. The second electric shot like this could return his heard to normal, but this didn't happened. His daughter said that he managed to yell - "Don't touch the railings!"
For the small electric engines used a low-voltage current that is unable to kill a man. But for the very first short moment, small condensator sends a high-voltage impulse. That impulse went through Volodia.
His daughter turned the power off, and called the ambulance. The doctors took his body from the ropes. Even if there was a possibility to buy such a satellite dish and pay to install it, Volodia would do it by himself.
